As a Vice President at ButcherJoseph & Co., Patrick O’Neil advises middle market companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and ESOP transactions. He also provides valuation advisory to stakeholders for a variety of purposes, including ESOP transactions and annual valuations, fairness opinions, solvency opinions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate planning, and financial recapitalization and restructuring.

Patrick joined the firm after successfully completing the firm’s internship program in 2015.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Princeton University, where he was the captain of the varsity soccer team.
