Linda Thurman, Director of Marketing

Linda is responsible for driving the marketing strategy and brand messaging for the ButcherJoseph family of firms. As a marketing professional with 15+ years of digital, design, and communication experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Her expertise includes planning, execution, and the evaluation of programs to maximize brand growth and return on objective.

Prior to joining ButcherJoseph & Co., Linda spent eight years as the Director of Marketing & Communications for the National Association of Electrical Distributors where she was responsible for setting the communications strategy for more than 5,200 locations. Before assuming this position, Linda was a Global Marketing Manager at Kimberly-Clark Professional, a Fortune 100 name brand in safety and cleaning products.

Linda holds positions and membership affiliations with a number of industry organizations including the American Marketing Association (AMA), Ad Club of St. Louis and the Women in Digital Association. She has received a number of certifications focused on inbound methodologies, content marketing, and social media. Linda earned her master’s degree from Webster University and bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Missouri.

As a native St. Louisian, Linda is an avid supporter of the Saint Louis Cardinals. She enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors with her husband and two children and, on the weekends, you can typically find her on the running trails.
